Orphan’s Court Sale
By virtue of an order of the Orphans' Court, the undersigned will sell at public
sale on the preimises on Tuesday the 12th day of July next, at 10 o'clock A. M. of
said day, a house and lot of ground situate in Juniata twp., Bedford County, on the
road leadiug from Schellsburg to Buena Vista, said lot containing two acres,
adjoining lands ot John Gillespie, Jonathan Feichtner and John Mullin, all cleared
and under fence, with a two story log dwelling house thereon erected, being the late
residence of Catharine Thomas, deceased. Terms, Cash. Any information desired in
regard to the premises, can be had by calling on the subscriber residing near Buena
Visia, or John P. Reed, Bedford.
