Duff, Smith and Ridgely }In the common Pleas
vs                      }of Bedford County Fi.
Daniel Trostle          }Fa. No. 31, Sept. 1860 
Jno. P. Reed appointed Auditor to report a distribution of the money made on sale of
real estate by virtue of the above writ, amongst creditors. The undersigned will
attend to the duties of the above appointment at his office in the Borough of
Bedford, on Wednesday the 7th day of November, next, at 10 o'clock A. M.
