Auditor's Notice.
The undersigned, appointed auditor by the Orphans' Court of Bedford County, to
distribute the assets in the hands of Elias Dell, administrator of the estate of
Joseph Wayant, dec'd., will attend to the duties of said appointment on Friday 1st
Feb. 1861, at his office in Bedford Borough, at 10 o'clock A. M. of said day. O. H.
GAITHER, Auditor. Jan. 18, 1861.
