Auditors Notice.
IN the matter of the Citation to the Executors of the last will &c., of Dan'l
Wisegarver, dec'd., the undersigned, appointed Auditor to ascertain and report
whether any, and if any, what part of the lands should be sold, rented, &c., will
attend to the duties of his appointment at his Office in the Borough of Bedford, on
Thursday the 10th day of February next, when and where all persons interested can
attend. R. D. BARCLAY, Auditor. Jan. 7, 1859.
