All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/bedford/ ________________________________________________ Bedford County, Pennsylvania Deed Book G, Page 530 Dated 29 Oct 1807, Recorded 12 Nov 1807 THOMAS KELLEY to ROBERT (ROBARD) ELDER Know all men by these presents that I THOMAS KELLEY of Cumberland Valley Township, Bedford County, State of Pennsylvania of the one part, for and in consideration of the sum of seventy five dollars of lawful money of Pennsylvania to me in hand paid by ROBERT ELDER of the Township and County and State aforesaid before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof I the said THOMAS KELLEY do hereby acknowledge have granted, bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain and sell unto the said ROBARD ELDER his executors administrators and assigns all the goods particularly mentioned enfeoffed and contained in the schedule hereunto annexed that is to say one bay horse, one bay mare, one rone mare and one waggon all and singular which said premises are now in the occupation of the said THOMAS KELLEY To have and to hold all and singular the said premises above bargained and sold or mentioned or intended so to be to the said ROBARD ELDER, his heirs, executors, administrators or assigns for and until the said THOMAS KELLEY his heirs executors administrators or assigns do well and truly repay the above mentioned seventy five dollars to the said ROBARD ELDER, his heirs, executors, administrators or assigns And I the said THOMAS KELLEY for myself, my heirs executors, administrators, all and singular the goods unto the said ROBARD ELDER his heirs executors, administrators and assigns against me the said THOMAS KELLEY my executors, administrators, and against all and every other person and persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents, of all and singular which said goods I the said THOMAS KELLEY have paid the said ROBARD ELDER in full possession, by delivery to him the said ROBARD ELDER one horse at the sealing and delivery of these presents in the name of the whole premises hereby bargained and sold or mentioned or intended so to be unto him the said ROBERT ELDER, as aforesaid. In Witness where of I have hereunto set my hand and seal, this twenty nineth day of October in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and seven.
