All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/bedford/ ________________________________________________ Cumberland Valley Township, Bedford County, Pennsylvania Deed Book F, Pages 493-494 Dated 28 Nov 1804 JOSEPH KELLEY to CONRAD HARDINGER This Indenture: Know all men by these presents that I JOSEPH KELLEY of Bedford County and Cumberland Valley I do signe over all my rights, title, claims and demands unto CONRAD HARDINGER for in consideration of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150) lawful money of the State of Pennsylvania such of the lands and tenements and all you tenchels belonging to the same and three horses and all the cattle, sheep and hogs and I do hereby signed over all and singular all the goods household stuff, implements and furniture particularly mentioned and expressed and contained in the schedule thereunto annexed to have and to hold all and singular the said goods, and household stuff and furniture and other the premises above mentioned or intended so to be to the said CONRAD HARDINGER until the above debt of one hundred and fifty dollars is satisfied unto said CONRAD HARDINGER by said JOSEPH KELLEY and then this bill is satisfied for to remain no more in force against the said JOSEPH KELLEY NB. Otherwise y do signe over my waggon and Geirs and all belonging thereunto the said CONRAD HARDINGER given under my hand and also the graine in the stacks or barren and corn only what is made use of in the family.
