All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/bedford/ ________________________________________________ Bedford County, Pennsylvania Deed Book F, Pg 457 Dated 14 May 1804, Recorded 20 Aug 1804 THOMAS KELLEY to DANIEL HARDMAN Know all men by these presents that I THOMAS KELLEY of Bedford County and State of Pennsylvania for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars of lawful money of Pennsylvania to me in hand paid by DANIEL HARDMAN of said county at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents of the receipt whereof I the said THOMAS KELLEY do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained and delivered and by these presents do grant, bargain and deliver unto the said DANIEL HARDMAN his executors administrators and assigns all the horses and cows and sheep and hogs and household stuff implements & furniture particularly mentioned expressed and contained in the schedule hereunto annexed or this hereinafter particularly mentioned of all & singular which said goods & chattels I the said Thomas KELLEY have put the said DANIEL HARDMAN in full possession by delivering to him the said DANIEL all the horses & cows & sheep & hogs and household stuff implements & furniture at the sealing & delivery of these remain the name of the whole hereby bargained & delivered unto the said DANIEL HARDMAN all until the aforesaid one hundred dollars is paid or cause to be paid by me THOMAS KELLEY of said county or mentioned or intend so to be unto him the said DANIEL HARDMAN as aforesaid In witness thereof thereunto I set my hand and seal this 14th day of May 1804.
