Articles of Agreement made this tenth day of November between THOMAS KINTON on the one part and JOHN KINTON on the other, the said THOMAS KINTON agree to bargain and sell to the said JOHN a patent tract of land called the JOHN ADAMS tract in NAPIER township, Bedford County containing his share of said tract for the consideration of one hundred and twenty dollars to be paid in the following manner, to pay forty dollars in hand by said THOMAS taking a beef and a fat hog and forty dollars the first day of May 1848 and forty dollars the first day of May 1849, the beef to be at 400 per to be delivered on or before the twentieth of November and the fat hot to be market price whereof we have set, our hand and seal this tenth day of November in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and forty seven.
