George WERTZ et al } To Christopher WERTZ } Know all men by the as presents that we Elizabeth WERTZ, GEORGE WERTZ and HAWTHORNE ADAMS and MARY his wife, all of the County of Beaver in the State of Pennsylvania and ELIZA WERTZ the wife of CHRISTOPHER WERTZ of the City and County of Allegheny in the State aforesaid and do hereby constitute and approve CHRISTOPHER WERTZ of the City and County of Allegheny in the State of Pennsylvania as attorney for us and in our names to bargain, sell and [?] in fee simple by deed of general warrant for such [?] upon such terms of [?] and to such person or persons as he shall or may think fit the whole or any part of the said estate situate and being in the County of Bedford in the State of Pennsylvania and which was owned by my father in law and Grandfather of CHRISTOPHER and GEORGE WERTZ and Mary being intermarried with Hawthorne ADAMS, GEORGE WERTZ in his lifetime at the time of his [death ?] and [?] GEORGE WERTZ [?] descendants to his heirs at law hereby ratifying and confirming all such bargains, receipts for purchase money agreements and deeds as shall be made executed as [?] in the promises of our said attorney the same as if we were personally present and the same.
