Bedford Inquirer. : (Bedford, Pa.) 1857-1884 April 8, 1870
Soldiers enlisting before July 22,1861, for the term of three years and discharged
by reason of Surgeon's certificate of disability, are entitled to $100.00 Bounty.
Soldiers enlisting under act of July 4th, 1861, and discharged by reason of
expiration of service are untitled to unpaid installments of bounty.
I am fully prepared to attend to all classes of Soldiers' claims.
