Frederick Zimmers, late of Bedford township, bequeaths to his daughter, Emma Zimmers, two cows and a heifer. He gives the rest of his personal property to his wife. Should she remarry, or upon her death, decedent's personal property is to be sold and the proceeds equally divided among his three children-- Watson, Bruce and Emma. To his son, Watson, he gives the mansion tract and 28 acres of mountain land. Watson is to give his mother one-fourth of the grain and hay raised on the farm and to pay his sister, Emma, $1,500. To his son, Bruce, testator, gives the farm upon which he resided at the time of his death and 31 acres of mountain land known as the "Samuel Tract." Bruce is to give his mother one-fourth of he grain and hay produced on the farm and pay his sister, Emma, $500 and decedent's nephew, David Zimmers, $300. David Zimmers and Bruce Zimmers are named as executors. R. Sewell Wright, late of Bedford borough, bequeaths all of his real estate and personal property to his wife. Frank E. Colvin, Esq., is named as executor. Mrs. Nancy Wigfield, late of Mann township, gives one dollar to each of her children, with the exception of her youngest, James E. to whom she bequeaths the balance of her personal property and real estate.
