Mrs. Emma Dull, a life long resident of this place, died in the Western 
Maryland hospital, Cumberland on Tuesday January 13, aged 64 years. Mrs. Dull 
had been suffering from diabetes, but the shock of a fall on the icy pavement, 
when she broke her hip, probably hastened her death.  She was the daughter of 
Hiram and Mary Lentz, deceased and was married in early life to Joseph 
Davidson. After his death she was married to George Dull who preceded her in 
death.  Mrs. Dull is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Joseph C. Henderson, of 
Wilkinsburg and Mrs. John R. Dull, of Bedford; one brother, Joseph Lentz, of 
Altoona and two grandchildren, Elizabeth and Josephine Henderson, of 
Wilkinsburg. One stepson also survives, Ward Dull of Meyersdale.  The funeral 
services will be held this afternoon, at 2 o'clock in the Presbyterian church, 
of which she was a life long member. Rev. Caldwell will conduct services 
assisted by Rev. Townsend and Rev. Eyler.  Mrs. Dull was a good Christian
woman, patient in suffering and well liked by those who knew her. She
will be greatly missed in this community.
