Oliver Perry Elliott

Oliver Perry Elliott, died at Chaneysville, Pa., January 26, 1929, death being 
due to dropsy.  He was born in Cumberland Valley, Pa., December 21, 1862, and 
was the son of Robert and Elizabeth Hartman Elliott, both deceased.  Mr. 
Elliott was never married.  He is survived by a brother and a sister, Charles 
Elliott, Cumberland, Md., and Margaret Bridges, Beans Cove, Pa.
Funeral services were held January 28, 1929, in the Pentecostal Church, near 
Chaneysville with Rev. Walter Twig, of Flintstone, Md., officiating.  
Interment was made in the M. E. cemetery at Chaneysville.  He was a member of 
the Pentecostal church and was a charter member of the Chaneysville Grange No. 
1952.
