MRS. DOROTHY HALE

Wife of David Hale of Yellow Creek, died at her home on Tuesday of paralysis 
after an extended illness.  She was born on Feb. 13, 1897, at Yellow Creek, a 
daughter of Harry and Edith (Tobias) Replogle, and was united in marriage with 
Mr. Hale twenty-one years ago.  Surviving are her husband, ten children, Dean, 
June, V---on, Ned, August, Harry, Mae, Harold, Irma and Curtis, all of Yellow 
Creek; her mother and one brother, Karl Replogle of Riddlesburg.  Mrs. Hale was 
a member of the Methodist church.  Funeral services will be held at the home at 
2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon.  Interment will be made in the Reformed cemetery 
at Yellow Creek.
