NEW ENTERPRISE ITEMS.

  On Sunday evening, Mr. Silas Hinton, of Salemville, departed this 
life.  He was recovering from a long siege of typhoid fever when he was 
attacked with pneumonia, which suddenly ended his earthly career.  Mr. 
Hinton was an industrious young man and had just started out in life 
about a year ago, and leaves a young wife to mourn her loss.  The 
funeral took place on Tuesday afternoon.  Services were held in the 
German Baptist Brethren church, after which the interment followed.
