HOENSTINE Mrs. Hoenstine, 85, of 3401 Stonyridge Drive, Sandusky, Ohio, died Thursday, July 29, 1982, in Classic Center Nursing Home, Sandusky. Mrs. Hoenstine retired as a practical nurse from area nursing homes. She was born July 4, 1897, in Queen, the daughter of Amos and Ida (Corle) Claar, and married Homer Hoenstine, who died in 1950. Surviving are a son, Donald of Sandusky, a grandchild and two great- grandchildren. Also surviving is a sister, Mrs. Esther Hartman of Rochester, N.Y. Mrs. Hoenstine was a member of the Eastern Star and White Shrine of Johnstown. She was a Red Cross volunteer and nurses' aide in Windber. Arrangements by William G. Bigelow Funeral Home.
