MRS. KATE REPLOGLE HOFFMAN
 
Wife of Andrew B. Hoffman of New Enterprise, Bedford county died at the 
family home last midnight. She was born on Oct. 4, 1857, a daughter of John 
L. and Elizabeth (Dull) Replogle. She is survived by her husband and the 
following sons and daughters:  Mrs. Mildred R. Loose, wife of H .W. Loose of 
Altoona, Mrs. Elizabeth Loose, wife of John F. Loose of Martinsburg, Lloyd R. 
Hoffman of Roaring Spring and Daniel B. Hoffman of York, Pa. She also leaves 
eleven grandchildren, one great-grandchild; two sisters, Mrs. W. E. Hurley of 
Bellefonte and Mrs. Anna Bole of Pittsburgh. Mrs. Hoffman was a member of the 
First Brethren church, Martinsburg.

MRS. ANDREW HOFFMAN
 
Mrs. Kate Hoffman of New Enterprise died Aug. 15 at her home. A daughter of John 
L. and Elizabeth (Dull) Replogle, she was born Oct. 4, 1857, and united in 
marriage with Andrew B. Hoffman, who survives. These sons and daughters also 
survive:  Mrs. H.W. Loose of Altoona; Mrs. John Loose of Martinsburg; Lloyd of 
Roaring Spring and Daniel of York; 11 grandchildren and one great-grandchild; 
two sisters, Mrs. W.E. Hurley of Bellefonte and Mrs. Anna Bole of Pittsburgh. 
Funeral services were conducted Wednesday at her home and interment made in New 
Enterprise.
