He was born March 27, 1867, at Frostburg, Md., a son of Christian and Margaret Lehr. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. C. R. Nordberg of Altoona; three sons, Robert of Altoona, Harry C. of Bedford and Franklin of Chevy Chase, Md. His wife died in November, 1946. A son, George, also is deceased. Nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren also survive as do a brother, William of Anderson, Ind., and a sister, Mrs. Mary Kight of Homestead. Mr. Lehr was a member of the Reformed church at Bedford and was a charter member of the Jr. O.U.A.M. council 11, of Frostburg, Md. Friends will be received at the Hofer funeral home, Frostburg, Md.
