LONG - Mrs. Long, a lady aged about eighty years and residing in East 
Providence township, Bedford county, was burned to death on Thursday 
morning of last week. It is supposed she was intercepted by the flames 
while in the act of removing the furniture from her house, which had 
caught on fire in some unexplained manner.
