Lysinger, aged 85 years, widow of Job M. Lysinger, died Monday noon in the family home and the house in which she was born on W. Pitt st., from infirmities of age. Mrs. Lysinger was the daughter of Thomas and Rebecca Knox, who were among the earlier settlers of Bedford. She went to Pittsburg 50 years ago, and for the past 35 years has made her home with her daughter, Mrs. Stella B. Henning of Wilkinsburg. She was a member of the First Presbyterian church of Wilkinsburg. Besides her daughter, three sons, Charles B. Lysinger; Thomas K. Lysinger, superintendent of the Farmers' Bank Building, and John M. Lysinger, and five grandchildren survives. The body was taken to the home of her daughter at Wilkinsburg where services were held Wednesday at 3 p.m. Bedford Gazette, December 7, 1917
