McClure, an old and very highly esteemed member of the Central Pennsylvania Conference, died in Wolfsburg, Bedford county, on Monday. The cause of his sudden death was the rupture of a blood vessel. He filled all his appointments on Sunday; came home on Monday morning and was stricken down in half an hour afterward. He was perfectly conscious to the last, triumphantly happy, and made all necessary arrangements for his departure, even to the keeping of his body for a week prior to burial. He was 62 years of age. His funeral will take place at Everett on Sunday the 28th, the services being conducted by Rev. Dr. Thompson Mitchell, presiding elder of the Juniata District.
