Anna (LEASURE) ROSE

[hand dated 1939, paper unknown, but probably the Bedford 
Gazette]

Mrs. Whitmore ROSE

The body of Anna (LEASURE), wife of Whitmore ROSE, who died 
Dec. 31, 1939, in Fremont, O., was brought here for 
interment in the Union cemetery at Rainsburg Wednesday 
afternoon, Mortician Pate and Son officiating. Funeral 
services were held in the Methodist Church at that place by 
Rev. Ira Dinkle at 2:30 p.m. Deceased was a daughter of 
Tolbert and Hannah (SOMERVILLE) LEASURE and was born in this 
county Sept. 23, 1884. Besides her husband, she leaves these 
children: Mrs. Margaret COULTER and Mrs. Dorthy MILLER, 
Flint, Mich.; Mrs. Gladys ROSS, Mrs. Edna NORRIS Fostoria, 
O. Also these brothers and sisters survive, -- Joseph, 
Chester and Henry LEASURE of Michigan and Mrs. Mary KARNS 
and Mrs. Emory RAWLINGS of Rainsburg.
