Clyde L. ROSE

Bedford Gazette, undated clipping

Clyde L. ROSE, 80, of Centerville, Bedford, R.D. 3, died in 
Donahoe Manor Thursday morning, November 14, 1974. He was 
born in Tyrone, June 27, 1894, a son of David Clark and May 
(FERNER) ROSE. He was married to Ida (HITE) ROSE and she 
preceded him in death on August 12, 1971. Surviving are 
these children: W. Earl, at home, Mrs. Jack SHATZER, Mrs. 
Glentis STREET, and David H. all of R.D. 3, Bedford; Ten 
grandchildren, Two great-grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. 
Faye ELLIOTT, R.D. 3, Bedford also survive. Mr. ROSE was a 
retired school teacher ot the Centerville School. Funeral 
services: Saturday, November 16, at 2 p.m. in the 
Centerville Methodist Church, with the Rev. Frank McCaslin, 
officiating. Burial in the Union Cemetery, Centerville.
