Harry ROSE

Harry ROSE, of Cumberland Valley, died on Thursday, December 
20, at the Westeran Maryland hospital, Cumberland, to which 
place he had been taken a few days previous for an 
operation. He was the only child of the late Arthur ROSE and 
Mrs. Lucy (HOOK) ROSE. Surviving are his mother, his wife 
and ten children. The funeral service was conducted in the 
Lutheran church, Cumberland Valley, on Monday, December 24, 
by the Rev. Bender, of Cumberland. Mr. ROSE was a member of 
the L.O.O.M. lodge and of the Grange.
