Harry F. "Pete" ROSE

Harry F. "Pete" ROSE, 65, of Schellsburg RD 1, died 
Wednesday, Dec. 22, 1993, at Allegheny General Hospital, 
Pittsburgh. He was born Feb. 4, 1928, in Somerset County, a 
son of the late Daniel A. and Ruth (WEYANT) ROSE. He was 
married to the former Laura Pauline BOOZER. Surviving are 
two sons, John A. (husband of the former Jacqueline 
BAREFOOT), and Harry J. (husband of the former Sydney 
CLARK), and a daughter, Gail MANGES, all of Schellsburg RD 
1; a sister, Carol DIEHL of Orange, VA.; seven 
grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded 
in death by five brothers, Raymond, Forrest, Ray, Kenneth 
and Glenn. Mr. Rose was a laborer for the former Watson Wood 
Products Co. of Manns Choice and a U.S. Army veteran of 
World War II. Burial in Fishertown Cemetery.
