Henry Reese ROSE

Henry Reese ROSE, 69, of Bedford Valley, R. 3, died November 
25, 1950 in the Allegany Hospital, Cumberland, Md. Mr. Rose 
was born August 6, 1881, in Centerville, and was the son of 
the late Emanuel and Laura E. (WERTZ) ROSE. Survivors 
include his widow, the former Elsie L. HITE: three children, 
Mrs. Clyde MILLER, Bedford Valley; Cromwell ROSE, Detroit, 
and Mrs. Phyllis NEE, Cumberland and two sisters, Mrs. Zella 
DEANER, Hyndman, and Mrs. Arvilla BOOR of Cumberland. Also 
surviving are nine grandchildren and two great 
grandchildren. Mr. ROSE was a member of the Bedford Valley 
Methodist Church and the Independent Order of Odd Fellows. 
Funeral services, Tuesday, Nov. 28, at the Centerville 
Methodist church at 2 p.m. The Rev. Willard White, 
officiating. Interment; Bethel cemetery.
