A. and W. F. Enfield, died Sunday morning at the home of his son, George Rose, West Pitt Street. He was born in Cumberland Valley about 75 years ago, where he spent his boyhood, and for many years had been a familiar figure on local streets. About ten days ago he returned from the Altoona Hospital, where he had undergone treatment. Deceased was the father of twelve children, of whom seven sons and a daughter survive: George, William, Walter and Daniel, of Bedford; Charles of Cumberland; Clayton and James, of Claysburg, and Mrs. Allen Carl, of Bedford Township. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. J. V. Royer Tuesday afternoon, six sons acting as pallbearers. Interment at this place.
