Mary Lois ROSE, 61, of Bedford RD 3 (Centerville), died 
Sunday, Feb. 10, 1991, in Sacred Heart Hospital after a 
brief hospitalization. She was born in Bedford Valley, July 
15, 1929, the daughter of the late Howard Eugene ELLIOTT and 
Ella Mae (PRICE) ELLIOTT. She is survived by her husband, 
Harold ROSE, one son Gary ANDERSON of Cumberland, one 
daughter Teri Lea BOWMAN of Woodridge, Va. Also surviving 
are four brothers, Carl E. ELLIOTT, Max L. ELLIOTT, William 
H. ELLIOTT, all of Centerville, and Dale S. ELLIOTT of 
Bedford; two sisters, Eileen SNYDER of Cresaptown, Md., and 
Mrs. Myrna SMITH of Phoenix, Ariz.; six grandchildren and 
two great-grandchildren. Funeral services: Wednesday, Feb. 
13, 1 p.m., at the Silcox-Merritt Funeral Home in 
Cumberland, with the Rev. Robert Taylor officiating. Burial 
in the Fellowship Cemetery, Centerville.
