Paul E. ROSE

Paul E. ROSE, 64, of Centerville died Wednesday at his home. 
He had been in ill health in recent months. He was born 
March 11, 1906 in York, the son of the late David C. and C. 
May (FERNER) ROSE. He is survived by his wife Flora Blanche 
(HITE) Rose and the following children: Dwight ROSE of 
Bedford RD 3, Donald of Bedford, Mrs. Doris CRONE of Ft. 
Ashby, W. Va., and Mrs. Norma JUSTICE of Bedford RD 3. One 
brother, Clyde ROSE of Bedford RD 3, and two sisters, Mrs. 
Mable CESSNA of Bedford RD 3, and Mrs. Faye ELLIOTT of 
Pittsburg, also survive with 12 grandchildren. Mr. ROSE was 
a retired electrician. Services: 1 p.m., Friday at the 
Silox-Merritt Funeral Residence, Cumberland with the Rev. 
Fred Hickok, pastor of Centerville United Methodist Church, 
officiating. Burial in P.O.S. of A. Cemetery, Centerville. 
Friends will be received at the funeral home from 2 to 4 
p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. today.
