Ruth V. (KIMBLE) ROSE

Bedford Gazette

Ruth V. ROSE, 63, of Bedford RD 4 died Wednesday, July 1, 
1992, in Altoona Hospital. She was born April 9, 1929, in 
Upper Tract, W.Va., a daughter of the late Wilbert and Mary 
(ALT) KIMBLE. On Aug. 3, 1949, she married Grover F. ROSE. 
He survives, along with these children: Sharon wife of 
Steven CLAPPER, Bedford RD 4; Bill, married to the former 
Sherry LAMBURN, Bedford RD 4; Dale K., married to the former 
Kathy FICKES, Bedford RD 4; and Mark, married to the former 
Melinda WIGFIELD, Bedford RD 4: and seven grandchildren. 
Surviving brothers and sisters are Essie FULL, Upper Tract, 
W. Va.; Raymond KIMBLE, Upper Tract, W.Va.; Jesse KIMBLE, 
Onego, W. Va.; Hazel SHREVE, Franklin, W. Va. Kermit KIMBLE, 
Upper Tract, W. Va.: and Helen BORROR, Upper Tract, W. Va. 
She was preceded in death by a son, Jim KIMBLE; a brother, 
Orville KIMBLE; and sister, Mernie KIMBLE. Mrs. ROSE was a 
member of the Trans Run United Methodist Church. Funeral 
services: Friday, July 3, at ll a.m. in the Louis Geisel 
Funeral Home, Bedford, with the Rev. Bernard Ward 
officiating. Burial in Woods Cemetery.
