MRS. KATHRYN S. SMITH

Widow of Rev. George B. Smith, died on Wednesday at the home of her 
daughter, Mrs. John Guyer of Woodbury, death being caused by diseases 
incident to old age.  She was born at Lightersburg, Md., on October 14, 
1840?.  She was married to Rev. George B. Smith, who preceded her to 
the grave twenty-eight years ago.  She is survived by one daughter, 
Mrs. John Guyer, and a step-daughter, Lizzie Smith, both of Woodbury, a 
step=son, Edward Smith of New York, one sister, Mrs. Christ Newcomer, 
of Woodbury, also by six grandchildren.  Funeral services will be 
conducted by her pastor, Rev. Detrick of Martinsburg, at the Hickory 
Bottom Reformed church Saturday morning at 10 o'clock.
