Charles L. Stern

Friends and acquaintances of Charles L. Stern, a former resident of Woodbury, 
were pained to hear of his death which occurred at Columbia hospital, 
Wilkinsburg, Pa., Sunday, September 22, after a short illness.  Mr. Stern was 
born on a farm near Woodbury, the son of Andrew and Susanna Stern, now deceased.

He is survived by his wife, two sons and two daughters, all of Wilkinsburg; one 
brother, F. S. Stern, of Chicago, Ill., and one sister, Mrs. Carboy, of Altoona.

He was a faithful and devout member of the Third Presbyterian church of 
Wilkinsburg.

Interment was made in Dry Hill cemetery, Woodbury, Tuesday, September 24.
