VALENTINE STICKMAN,

A well-known and highly respected citizen of Bedford county, died at 
his home in Bedford town, on Monday night, aged 80 years.  He had a 
number of relatives in this city.  Funeral services will be held in St. 
Thomas' Catholic church on Thursday morning.
