Although she had been in failing health for several years death was unexpected. The deceased was born at Wood on June 20, 1905, a daughter of Isaac F. and Ellen (Fessler) Gutshall. She was united in marriage with Charles A. Troutman at Cumberland, Md., on October 14, 1922. Her husband survives, along with these sisters and brother: Mrs. Carl (Mary) Spencer of North Versailles; Mrs. Sherman (Myrtle) Meck of Saxton; Arthur Gutshall and Mrs. Doyle (Mona) Bivens of Saltsburg. Mrs. Troutman was a member of the First Church of God, Saxton. She and her husband owned and operated Happy Hollow Inn for seventeen years prior to retirement. Funeral services will take place this afternoon, May 29, at 2 p.m. from the Masood funeral chapel, Saxton, with the Rev. Lee Snyder officiating.
