All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/bedford/ __________________________________________ Mrs. Martha (Thompson) Wagner Mrs. Martha (Thompson) Wagner, wife of Daniel Moyer Wagner, died at her home in Clayville, Virginia, October 12, 1945, after a brief illness. The funeral service was held in Richmond, Virginia, with interment at Everett, Pa., where brief services were conducted at the Gump Funeral Home by the Reverend Edgar Detwiler. Mrs. Wagner was a member of the Lutheran Church and had many friends in central Pennsylvania, as well as in Virginia where she had resided for the past thirty-five years. Surviving are her husband, two daughters, Mrs. Frances LeFaivre of Bon Air, Virginia, and Mrs. Winifred Blake of Scottsville, Virginia, and a son, Paul D. Wagner, of Clayville, Virginia. Seven grandchildren also survive. Several people from this area attended the service in Everett. Among them were Mrs. John M. Keichline, a niece of the deceased, Private Susannah Keichline, Miss Ella Keichline, Harry Wagner, Miss Dorothy Wagner all of Huntingdon; Mrs. Harry Forrest of Alexandria, Huntingdon County; Fred Brown and Ray Brown of the Big Valley; Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Thompson and son Edward, of Mount Union.
