All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/pa/bedford/ ________________________________________________ WALTERS Roy Walters, son of Lewis Walters of Loysburg and a former well known teacher of Bedford county, died at Camp Lee on Tuesday, Oct. 1, in the camp hospital, according to word received by his uncle, H. W. Walters of 1622 Sixth avenue. The young man was well known in this city as he was employed three years ago as a clerk by the Pennsy. He entered the service about five weeks ago. Death was due to influenza. The body arrived in this city yesterday afternoon at 3 o'clock and was taken on the evening train to his home in Loysburg where interment will be made.
