CHARLES ROSS WYANT

Of 202 Garber street, Hollidaysburg, died in the Altoona Veterans' hospital 
yesterday afternoon at 12.45 o'clock.  Mr. Wyant was born in Imler, the son of 
Shannon and Mary E. (Burkett) Wyant.  He was a carpenter by trade and a veteran 
of World war I with the rate of corporal.  He served with company B, 314th 
machine-gun battalion in the 80th division.  Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Ada 
Wright of McKee, and Mrs. Carrie Feathers of Hollidaysburg; and a number of 
nieces and nephews.  He was a member of the Greenfield Reformed church.  Friends 
will be received at the home after 7 o'clock this evening.
