Frederick C. Benna,  }Subpoena on libel for 
 vs.                 }Divorce.
Maria D. Benna.      }
The undersigned appointed Commissioner, to take the testimony in the above case,
will attend to the duties of said appointment, on Thursday the 22d day of March
next, at his office in the Borough of Bedford, when the parties may attend if they
think proper. J. W. LINGENFELTER, Commissioner. March 2, 1860.
