Ellen Compher.    {Bedford County.
Alias Subpoena on Libel for Divorce.
Notice is hereby given to the Defendant in the above stated case, that a Subpoena,
and alias Subpoena on Libel for Divorce has been issued; the last of said writs is
returnable, 2d Monday, 14th day of February, next, and that the said Defendant is
required to appear on or before the 1st Monday (2d day) of May, next, and answer to
the complaint of the Plaintiff as provided for by act of Assembly, and herein fail
not. WM. S. FLUKE, Sheriff. April 8, 1859.
