Henry Earnest   } Subpoena on Libel for 
vs.             } Divorce.
Hannah Earnest. }
The undersigned appointed commissioner to take testimony, &c., in the above case,
will attend to his duties, on the 3d day of April, next, at his office in the
Borough of Bedford, at which time all desiring can attend. R. D. BARCLAY, Comm'r.
