Elizabeth Ross by  }In the Court of Common
her next friend,   }Pleas of Bedford County Alias
William Mower      }subpoena on libel for Divorce,
vs.
William Ross.      }
The undersigned appointed commissioner to take testimony in the above case will
attend to the duties of his appointment at bis office in Bedford Borough on Saturday
the 19th day of November, 1859, at 10 o'clock A. M., when and where all parties
interested may attend.
