Sarah Waitman, by her next   }in the Court of Common
friend John Reighard,        }Pleas of Bedford
          vs. 	             }County, No. 55 Feb
John F. Waitman              }Term, 1862. Sur Libel
                             }for Divorce.  
All persons are hereby notified that the undersigned Commissioner by the Court, to
take testimony in the above cause, will attend to the duties of his appointment, at
his office in the Borough of Bedford, on Tuesday, 11th of March, 1862, when and
