In the Name of God Amen. I, Henry Amerine, Seanyer, of the Twp of London Derry, Bedford Co, in the State of Pennsylvania, Being verry Sicke and Weeke in Body, but in perfect mind and memory, Thanks be given unto God; Calling unto mind The mortality of my Body, and Knowing that is is appointed for all men once to Die, Do make and ordaine this my Last Will and Testament, that is to Say; Principally and First of all; I give and Recommend my Soul into the hand of Almighty God that gave it, and my Body I recommend to the Earth to Be Buryed in Decent Christian Burial, At the Discretion of my Executors; Nothing Doubting, But at the General Resurrection, I Shall Receive the same again, By the Mighty Power of God, and as Touching Such Worldly Estate where with it has Pleased God to Bless me in This Life, I give Demise and Dispose of the Same in the Following manner and Fortune. First, I give and Bequeathe to George Amerine my oldist And Beloved Son, the Sum of Ten Shilling of Lawful Money of the State of Pennsylvania, to be Raised and Levied out of my Estate, Also, I give to my Dearly Beloved wife, all and Singular My Improvemen Lands, Messuages, and Tenements, together With all my household goods, Debts and Moveable Efects Bu Her freely to Be Possessed and Injoyed, until my Youngest Daughter Comes of Age, and then my Dear and Loving Wife to hold the one third Parte of all my Estate and the Remainder I give to my well beloved Daughter Mary Amerine at the age of Eighteen years old By her freely to be Possessed and Injoyed. I Likewise Constitute make and ordain David Bonnell and George Carpenter the Sole Executors of this my Last Will and Testament and I Do Hereby utterly Disallow, Revoke, and Disanual all and Every other Former Testaments, Wills Legacies, Bequests, and Executors, by me in any wise Before Naimed, Willed and Bequeathed; (Be it remembered that on the 23rd. day of September A.D. 1805 letters testamentary were granted to David Bonnell and George Carpenter, Executors of Henrry Amerine.
