I Robert Deremore considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound mind and Memory blessed be the Almighty God for the same do make and publish this my last Will and testament in manner and form following to wit; First I bequeath my body to the earth and my soul unto the hands of the Lord who made it. Second; after my debts funeral expenses and other charges are paid I give and bequeath to Robert son of William Deromere of Cumberland Valley Township, Bedford County Pennsylvania all the balance of any money that may be left as to family (juc? perthy) (do not understand this word and put "Family") have none and lastly I hereby appoint William Deromere of Cumberland Valley Township, Bedford County, my sole executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made In witnife (witness) whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this tenth day of August A D.
