I William Deremer of Cumberland Valley Township Bedford County and State of Penn. being in health of body and sound and disposing mind and memory considering the uncertainty of life and being desirous to be prepared to leave this world when called from time to eternity do make and publish this my Will and Testament in manner following. First. It is my will that all my just debts if any be fully paid. Second. It is my will that my wife Polly be supported with all the necessaries of this life during her natural life Out of my personal estate. Third. I will and bequeath to my wife Polly the house and lot in the town of Centerville together with all the house hold and kitchen furniture to hold the same during her natural life. Fourth I will and bequeath to my daughter Mary Ann the sum of Eleven Hundred Dollars. Shešs to have the land they reside upon valued at Nine hundred dollars. Fifth. I will and bequeath to my son Peter the sum of Twenty five hundred dollars. Sixth. I will and bequeath to my son Jacob the sum of Twenty five hundred dollars hešs to have the land he now resides upon valued at Two Thousand Dollars. Seventh. I will and bequeath to my son Robert Twenty Five Hundred Dollars hešs to have the land he now resides upon valued at Two thousand dollars. Eighth. I will and bequeath to my son William the sum of Twenty Five hundred dollars he is to have that portion of the mansion house that he now resides upon valued at Four thousand dollars. Ninth. I will and bequeath to my son John the sum of Twenty five hundred dollars hešs to have that portion of the mansion place he now resides upon valued at Four thousand dollars. Tenth. I will and bequeath to my daughter Caroline the sum of Fifteen Hundred dollars. Eleventh. I will and bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth the sum of Fifteen hundred dollars. Twelfth. I will and bequeath to Henry son of My daughter Mary Ann the sum of Four hundred dollars. And lastly my will is that after all Legacies and bequest being Paid, so that each son will receive Twenty five hundred dollars, and my Two daughters Caroline and Elizabeth Fifteen hundred dollars each, and my daughter Mary Ann Eleven hundred dollars, then the balance of my personal Estate be equally divided amongst all my children. Further after the decease of my wife Polly, I direct that any Real and Personal Estate in the town of Centerville be equally divided between said children. I do hereby nominate and appoint my son Peter Deramer and John Deramer Executor of this my Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have herein set my hand and seal the 19th day of March 1867 his William X Deramer mark Signed Sealed in our presents and having subsantated the same As witnesses in his presence at his request. Hosea Hudson John M Mullin Bedford County SS, Personally appeared before me, Register for the probate of wills for and in the said county, John M Mullin one of the subscribing witnesses to the within instrument of writing, who being duly sworn according to the law does depose and say that he was present and saw the tester William Deremer execute the same as and for his last will and testament by making his mark, he being unable to write, and heard him pronounce and disclose it to be his last will and testament that he signed his name as witness thereto in testatoršs presence and at his request, also that he saw Hosea Hudson sign the same as witness and that the signature of Hosea Hudson hereto as Witness is genuine and that at the time of the execution of said instrument the tester was of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding to the best of deponents Knowledge and belief. Sworn this 10th day of June AD 1874 Before me James Cleaver John M Mullin Register Bedford County SS Personally appeared before me Register for this Probate of wills herein and for the said county, Rollin Smith who being duly sworn according to law deposes and says he is well acquainted with the handwriting of Hosea Hudson having frequently seen him write and that the name Hosea Hudson signed to the within instrument of writing as a witness is in the proper hand writing of said Hosea Hudson to the best of deponentšs knowledge and belief.
