First, I direct my Body be Decently buried after my _____ in the Cemetery at Isaac P. ELLERS (?) [Transcriber note: Hard to make out name] at West End where my Deceased Husband is buried, and as to such Estate as it hath pleased god to instrust me with, I Dispose of the same as follows. I give, devise, and bequeath to my Daughter Emeline F. WERTZ her heirs and assigns forever the farm wich I own Situate in Juniata Township, Bedford Co., Penn: Containing 90 Acres more or Less, She the said Emeline WERTZ to pay all my just Debts, funeral Expenses, Dochter Bill, the same she has done for my Deceased Husband with ___the improvements thereon Erected & together with all the Personal property I have or may have after my Death, for her Keeping of me & my Deceased Husband, Comfortable for the Last six years, for wich me and my Dec'd Husband was never able to pay said Emelin F. WERTZ or her Husband, She being the only Child to nurse and take care of us: 2d, after my Death my Daughter Emeline F. WERTZ her heirs or assigns is to pay Twenty five Dollars to Each of my Children or their Heirs in the following Manner. Twelf Dollars and fifty Cents being the one half of twenty five Dollars to Each of my Children or their heirs one year after my Death and the Balance of Twelf Dollars & fifty Cents one year thereafter, all without intrest. In Witness whereof, I Sarah FILSON the Testator, have to this my Last Will & Testament Set my hand & seal this third Day of December A.D. 1879.
