We encourage links to the state and county table of contents. ----------------- LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF PHILLIP HENRY HOOVER The last will and testament of Phillip Hoover of Napier Township/Bedford County and State of Pennsylvania: I, Phillip Hoover Considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound mind and memmory do make and publish this my last will and testament in maner as follows: that all my just debts as shall be by me owing at my death together with my funeral expences and charges touching the same shall in first place be fully paid and sadisfied. I then do will and bequeath unto my loving wife MARGRET the one third of all the Interest of my whole Estate so long as she keeps my name. Secondly I bequeath unto my loving daughters CATHERINE, PEGGY, MARIAH, SUSAN, and BETSY one hundred dollars. Each with what they have received I now bequeath unto my loving sons GEORGE, HENRY, JOHN, WILLIAM, PHILLIP and JACOB the Remainder of my Estate to be divided Eaqual amongst them share and share alike and I make and ordain WILLIAM and JOHN my two sons to be the Executors of my last will and testament and in witness whereof I have set my hand and seal this 16th day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and fifty Eight.
