PA Bedford County, Pennsylvania, Will Book 8, p. 148 Will of David Klotz Late of Kimmell Twp. Decd. Dated January 10th 1896. Decedent died April 11th 1901. Filed April 17th 1901. I, David Klotz of Kimmell Township Bedford County Pennsylvania do make and publish this as my last will and testament viz: 1st I direct that all my debts and funeral expenses be paid by my Executor as soon after my decease as possible. 2d I direct my Body to be burried on my lot in the Imler Valley Cemetery and A Suitable Monument erected thereon. 3d I hereby direct authorize and empower my Executor hereinafter mentioned to sell all my property both real and personal for the best price that can be obtained and the proceeds arising from such sale or sales after deducting Expenses and all other monies that may come in from my Estate shall be disposed of as follows. 4th My beloved wife Catharine if she survive me shall have her full share in both real personal or mixed property as the Laws of Pennsylvania direct. 5th the balance shall be equally divided among all my Children. 6th and in case any of my children should be dead at the time of my decease and should leave issue such issue shall be entitled to and take such share as the parent would be entitled to if living. 7th I hereby nominate constitute and appoint J.C. Imler, Executor of this my last will and testament. Fickes and Elizabeth Imler, the two subscribing witnesses to the last will and testament of David Klotz, late of South Woodbury, deceased, who being duly qualified according to law, depose and say that they were personally present and saw and heard the above named testator sign and seal, pronounce and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and for his last will and testament, that they signed their names as witnesses at the request of said testator and in his presence and in the presence of each other, and at the time of so doing said testator was of sound mind, memory and understanding, to the best of deponents' knowledge and belief.
