In the name of God Amen, I Mary McIlanay of the township of the township of Hopewell and County of Bedford and State of Pennsylvania, Being weak in body and of sound mind, memory and understanding but considering the uncertainty of this transitory life, do make and publsih this my last will and testament in measure and form following to wit: First, it is my will and I do order that my just debts and funeral expences be paid and satisfied as soon an conviently can be after my deacease. Item, I give and bequeath unto my Son Joseph McIlnay my two cows and all my household furniture. Item, I give and bequeth unto my grand daughter Lucinda Plummer my bed, and bedding and two of my callico quilts. Item, I give and bequeath unto my grand daughter Mary Ellen Plummer two of my new callico quilts. And as tutching(?) the County Land, which I have applied for if there be any left after my Decease shall be equally devided between all of my Children. And lastly I request, Constitute and Apoint my Son Joseph McIlanay to be the executor of this my last will hereby revoking all other will, legacies and bequests by me. Hereafter made and declaring this and no other to be my last will and testament. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the fourth day of October one thousand Eight hundred and fifty one.
