Stone and Louisa Stone, his wife, of Mann Township ithe county of Bedford and State of Pennsylvania, heirs and Legatees of John Stone, late of Colerain Township in the County of Bedford and State of Pennsylvania, deceased, for and in consideration of the sum of six hundred ($600.00) dollars to us in hand paid by Reuben Stone of Colerain Township, Bedford County, Penna, The receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have refused, released and forever quit claimed unto may be entitled to under the Last Will and Testament of John Stone, as above mentioned, and all the estate, right; interest, claim and demand which we may have or may hereafter at the death of Catherine Stone, wife of said John Stone, may have, in to or out of the said Estate of John Stone, deceased, so that neither we the said George W. Stone and Louisa, his wife, her heirs, assigns or any of them, or any other person for us, or in our or their name or names, or in the right or stead of any of them, shall or are cause, or may by any way or means whatsoever have claim, challenge and demand or right or interest ,property claim, or demand, of, into or out of the said Estates, Real or personal in any part shall bequest or demand therein or any part thereof in that the said George W. Stone and Louisa Stone, his wife, her heirs and assigns or any of them from all estate right; title, interest, property, claim and demand into or out of said Estate or any part thereof, are and in and shall be by these presents forever released unto the said Reuben Stone. In witness whereof the said George W. Stone and Louisa Stone~, his wife, have herein set their hands and seals this 16th day of March A.D. 1882. Stone (Seal) William Ninne page 477 Together with all singular the buildings, improvements, woods, ways, rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances, to the same belonging, or in anywise appeitaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits, thereof, and every part and parcel thereof And also, all the estate, right, title, interest; propert, possesion, claim and demand whatsoever, both in law and equity, of the said party of the first part, of, in. and to the said premises, with the appurtenances: To Have and to Hold the said premises, with all and singular the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns, forever. And the said Reuben M. Stone and Margaret his wife and George W. Stone and Louisa his wife and their heirs, executors and administrators, DO by these presents covenant, grant and agree to and with the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, that they the said parties of the first part and their heirs, all and singular the hereditaments and premises herein above described and granted, or mentioned and intended to be so, with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, against them the said Parties of the first part and their heirs, and against all and every other person or persons whomsoever, lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereofSHALL and WILL WARRANT and forever DEFEND. Stone(Seal) On the fifth day of June Anno Domini 1877 before me, one of the Justices of the Peace, personally appeared the above named Reuben Stone and Margaret his wile and George W. Stone and Laura F. Stone, his wife, and in due form of law acknowledged the above Indenture and each of their act and deed, and desired that the same might be recorded as such, and the said Margaret Stone and Louisa F. Stone being of full age, and separate and apart from their husband by me thereon privately examined, and the full contents of the above Deed being by me first made known unto them did thereupon declare and say that they did voluntarily and of their own free will and accord, sign, seal, and as their act and deed, deliver, the above written Indenture, Deed or Conveyance, without any coercion of their said husband. WITNESS my hand and seal, the day and year aforesaid.
